The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to Ealing Broadway, tube and bus connectivity. The staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. The rooms are secure and accessible, with everything you need within the unit. the hotel provides a safe and comfortable stay.
Some rooms may have cleanliness issues and inadequate facilities, with reports of dirty rooms and lack of cleanliness.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, especially for London standards. Both the studio and the bathroom were super clean, and even the fridge was clean. The hotel staff was excellent, they were kind, helpful, and always available when I needed assistance. The hotel had excellent security measures in place, with CCTV cameras and magnetic/electronic keys for access. the location was convenient, with a short 10-minute walk to the nearest tube station, making it easy to explore the city.
